We are a father/daugther duo, with 20+ years of experience in baking, catering and timely deliveries. With a passion for European style breads and pastries, we use quality ingredients and traditional methods to bring the best products to your table. Everything out of our state of the art kitchen is handmade and can be customized to all of your preferences.
We are very happy to be able to offer a wide array of products made with a true dedication to returning to our roots in the kitchen, and with the education to back it up. Using Alberta’s grown ingredients we take pride in suuporting local farmers and creating the most authentic “farm to table” experience for our customers. With a touch of Romanian tradition, our baked goods will fulfill your sweet and savory cravings!
